Finlay joins us as a key member of our helpdesk team, where he’ll be providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their experience is as smooth and efficient as possible.
Having studied Computer Science at Plymouth University, Finlay has since gained valuable experience in a fast-paced contact centre environment, honing his ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively. One thing that stood out to us most was his keen understanding of client experience—something that aligns perfectly with Agile Comms’ commitment to exceptional service.
