Yes, you can keep existing phone numbers when you switch to a cloud-based phone system. All of our solutions allow number porting to ensure continuity.

Yes, you can make and take international calls with 8x8, CallSwitch and 3CX. Generally, the cloud phone systems will include a generous call package that covers all UK calls (landline and mobile). Outside of this, charges for calls (premium rate or international) can vary quite significantly depending on the type of call and destination. We offer a competitive ‘pence per minute’ rate or bundle options across our service portfolio and can share more details if you have a specific requirement.
Installation times can vary depending on the size of your organisation and the exact phone system you choose. When possible, we also like to take some time to fully understand the programming preferences and design call flows that optimise your business practices. If you need to move phone numbers with you (which is very common), it’s important to note the timescales involved in this, too. This means you should generally expect a telephone system install to take 6-8 weeks from order to completion. It’s always easier to speed things up than slow them down; however, we can sometimes fast-track, so if there’s a requirement to get something sorted quickly, please call our team to discuss.
