Smarter Accounting is a Devon-based accountancy firm, highly regarded across the region for its experienced but personal approach and complete range of accountancy services. With offices in both Crediton and Teignmouth, the firm employs over 20 people to help businesses of all sizes in the county and beyond. 

The Challenge

Naturally, multiple office locations and a flexible working model mean that staff at Smarter Accounting are rarely all in the same place at once. Whether visiting clients on-site or moving between offices, it’s essential that they have a reliable and flexible communications system to maintain the high standards the firm is known for.

Our team worked closely alongside staff at Smarter Accounting during the onboarding process to ensure they could use the system confidently and that it was configured to align with their day-to-day behaviours.
