About Plymouth Learning Partnership

Plymouth Learning Partnership is a community interest company that offers support services for local schools, children, and families and assists with recruitment challenges within these educational settings. The social enterprise organisation brings together representatives from multiple member schools and multi-academy trusts in the Plymouth area, all working towards the goal of sharing expertise and improving educational outcomes across the city. 

The Challenge

With employees and representatives working across different schools and locations, Plymouth Learning Partnership’s structure is hardly conventional. The team is rarely in one place at the same time, and this meant that traditional office phones simply did not fit the way the organisation was operating. 

Instead, Plymouth Learning Partnership needed a dynamic and flexible phone system that would allow staff and representatives to stay properly connected when on the move, whilst still bringing together schools and families throughout the local community.
