In summer 2023, respected local accounting firm WR Frost partnered with Agile Comms for a Unified Communications upgrade in the form of a new 8×8 cloud telephone system solution. 


WR Frost faced challenges with their existing cloud telephone infrastructure, hindering effective communication both within the organisation and with clients. Recognising the need for an upgrade, they sought a reliable solution to streamline their operations. The implementation of the robust 8×8 Unified Communications upgrade from Agile Comms has been a great success with staff enjoying a more streamlined and flexible solution. 


Ryan Lewis is one of the Directors and recently caught up with Ollie to provide some feedback on the project, service and partnership.  


  • Tell us a bit about your business and your use of communications technology. 

We are a regional accountancy firm with multiple offices. We work collaboratively across those offices in order to deliver the best service to our clients. As a result, our staff can deal with queries from clients whose ‘home’ office is different to their place of work. We use communications technology to quickly and effectively support our clients.

What made you change your telephone system?

Our old provider wasn’t providing the speed of support, flexibility, or reliability we required in order to communicate effectively and efficiently with our clients or each other.

What were you looking for?

We were looking for a slick system that seamlessly allowed our staff to collaborate and pass calls from clients between offices with minimal friction. All of this needed to be underpinned by great support.

We’ve had a great experience working with Agile Comms. The implementation of the Unified Communications upgrade went very smoothly, with excellent training for all staff. They are all confident on how to use the system and reassured that they have someone to contact if anything goes wrong. We had a few minor teething issues early on but these were all resolved quickly by their team, with minimal fuss.

What has the benefit been?

The benefit has been the removal of stress! No more issues with systems for our team or clients and it allows everyone to focus on delivering great support to our clients with the confidence that we have the systems to back us up.
