Business telecoms experts Agile Comms have made another investment in ensuring unrivaled levels of customer service by hiring Bryn Davies as its new operations operative.


The Plymouth-based company, which offers flexible contracts on unified communications systems and mobiles along with one touch video conferencing solutions, is on a rapid growth journey with customers across the UK from beekeeper suits and wedding venues in Cornwall to international homeware brand Jospeh Joseph and professional services firms in London.


Bryn has spent the past 2 years in finance and sales roles after graduating from the University of Plymouth in 2021.  In his new role, he will work closely with Agile director James Fisher on ensuring the company’s thousands of customer connections are fully utilising their systems and minimising disruptions to service.


The company already works with market-leading customer engagement firm Insight6 on a bespoke feedback programme to cover post installations and monthly surveys, ensuring they continue to deliver high levels of service and support.
