For continued growth, Luscombe Maye need to respond quickly to inbound enquiries and be readily available when customers need them. Each busy office handles a high volume of telephone calls on a daily basis and it’s critical that these are professionally handled with high grade call quality.

 

Agile Comms are delighted to have been selected to work with Luscombe Maye, following having met with one of Agile’s directors at a networking event. In April ’23, we installed a new TelcoSwitch Unified Communications cloud phone system solution, providing facilities for staff to manage communication on their choice of desk phones, mobile applications and desktop applications.

 

The TelcoSwitch solution has proven popular with staff, who have continued visibility of colleague availability regardless of where they are working, meaning calls can be directed to the right member of staff quickly. Due to their roles, many of the staff work away from the office regularly and have made great use of the mobile applications. Other staff have embraced hybrid/home working on a regular basis and can communicate in exactly the same way as those in the offices.

 

Rich call reporting and analytics, along with standardised call recordings have been enabled to satisfy the requirements of the management team and enable them to draw down on data for dispute resolution and staff development.

 

Having saved Luscombe Maye over 30% on their monthly telephone service costs, the short-term, flexible contract underpins a partnership that is built on good service, accountability and trust.

 

During deployment, Agile Comms made sure each office location had in person onboarding and training so that the firm could immediately reap the benefits of the improved solution. Any member of staff can contact the Agile team directly for support or change requests which are quickly handled.
