Like most forward-thinking professional services firms, Bright Grahame Murray (BGM) have embraced hybrid working and seen a significant increase in video meetings, both with clients and colleagues. To help enrich the user experience, Agile Comms delivered two slick, robust video conferencing room solutions.

BGM are an established firm of Chartered Accountants, business advisors and auditors with a team of 60 busy professionals working with a broad range of clients. Their Kensington office is at the heart of the business and has traditionally hosted in-person meetings from their main boardroom and smaller huddle room. With the increase in hybrid working and the appetite for a more productive use of video, the team were keen to furnish these rooms with appropriate video conferencing solutions.

After some initial scoping discussions, the team at BGM worked with Agile to design and deploy two simple, intuitive and flexible Yealink Teams Room Video Conferencing solutions.

We like these video conferencing solutions because they are simple, robust and high-quality. They integrate seamlessly with Teams (or Zoom if that’s the preference) so staff can easily join scheduled meetings from the touch panel room management console.

The large room is a flexible space which can accommodate up to 15 people around the board table. The firm already had a suitable screen on the wall at one end. In this space, the MVC640 solution fulfilled the brief perfectly. The MVC640 package contains a fantastic 4k camera, wireless mics and an under-screen speaker-bar for rich audio and video quality.

The smaller huddle room is designed for more intimate meetings of up to 5 people. In this space we installed and provisioned a simpler A20 meeting bar under the existing stand-mounted TV. The smart bar unit contains a high-quality camera, speaker and mics.

Having installed the two room systems over the weekend, we then hosted a training session with some of the staff at BGM and offered continued follow-up support.

  1. What made you decide to work with Agile?

We were recommended Agile by an MSP company who have worked with Agile on a number of mutual clients. We had sought quotes from other companies, however they were slow to respond and their proposed costs were unrealistic and unviable. Agile responded to our service requests very promptly, arranging calls to understand in detail our requirements. They were able to understand clearly what our requirements were and provided us with a quote and solution in quick order, while also speaking in an understandable and not overly technical language.

Two MS teams-based audio-visual solutions for two meeting rooms, built into our existing infrastructure with minimal physical impact on the office space

Our office now has an easy-to-use, high quality and high-impact AV system. Our meeting rooms are now frequently used for video calls with clients; quality AV calls are a high-impact value-add factor for our firm

Agile have provided BGM with an effective MS Teams-based video conferencing system in our meeting rooms.
